Checked out this guy Marcotti's Twitter and didn't find anything like that, what I found was a guy asking:

"@Marcotti Gab, my all-knowing Italian journalist, is there a scenario where Donnarumma comes whimpering back to Milan because he can’t find a team?  As you’ve said before, PSG, Barca, and Juve all have talented and expensive goalkeepers their happy with."

To which Marcotti answered:

"Obviously, it's unlikely. But there's no question Milan called Donnarumma's bluff here.  And Raiola has a lot less bargaining power than before.
Whether it's Juve or someone else (unless he's already signed + we don't know about it) they can now cut themselves a better deal."

It will never happen. Donnaruma is young and very talented GK. Every team out there, being Juve, PSG or Barca has an older GK with higher wage bill. They can simply sell their GK for a hefty sum and get a younger GK for less wages. 

Lets not get carried away, Donnaruma overplayed his hand and does not deserve to play for Milan only for that reason alone, however, we are losing the best GK in Italy and one of our better players. There will be a suitor for him for sure. The bad thing is that it seems that he might have wanted to stay in Milan, but as I said, we called his bluff.
