I am not worried about being 'fast' yet, you can't even register players until July 1. Maignan transfer was very much an unusual one, the speed of it likely won't be repeated, probably never at Milan.

The worrying thing is not De Paul or a good player going to another team, the worrying one is the Tonali transfer and how it is being handled. First of all to make it happen we are open to sacrificing a player or two, second of all other players will look at it and wonder about how their negotiation/transfer to Milan will be handled.

Watching the Euro games one thing really stood out to me, there is a lack of quality CFs in world soccer right now. Watch teams like Germany and Spain the last couple of days. These teams have tremendous talent everywhere, except a quality CF who can do some damage in a stacked box. Can you imagine what Germany could do today with all their possession if they had a Ibra or Lewandowski in the middle? Spain barely allowed Sweden any touches and still couldn't create hardly anything because Morata is useless. Even France, which arguably has one of the most talented team in soccer history, had to recall Benzema for that job. If we can find a young CF prospect who can grow into something special, we have to sign him at all costs. Those guys are going to be worth their body weight in gold in no time.
