50% sell on clause for Pessina is only valid up until he has played 100 matches for Atalanta. Then the clause will not be valid anymore and Atalanta will have to pay us €3m. For now he has 40 Serie A matches and 59 matches in total for them.

That's a good deal and I'm guessing we're using the money we didn't use on Meite.
