Pellegri makes sense if we have a cheap buy option on him. A pure loan doesn’t make any sense at all for us. He has tools that can be built on, but can he unearth it here while playing behind two established veterans?

Calciomercato.com writes that Milan sporting director met with Kessie’s agent George Atangana in Bologna to talk about extending the Ivorian’s contract beyond the current deadline of 2022. However, an agreement was not reached and the wait for his signature goes on.
