I always fealt that Milan played worst against English opposition...as they are fast and attack from the wings..Remember Tottenham and Arsenal who were considrered 2nd class teams compared to us, but still they managed to beat us...Tottenham beat us because our left back was poor, aged and lacked pace, Arsenal beat us because both full backs lacked positional sense. In this scenario, along with the DM (DeRossi), a world class leftback should also be a top priority for us to clear off Arsenal. But unfortunately all we have is Taiwo, Antonini & Zambrotta....and there are no good enough left backs who are not cup tied.....
We should ask UEFA to bring down the age limit to 15 years and include Christian Maldini in the champions league squad facing Arsenal!!!!!
Gosh, the last few pages remind me of Giancarlo of the old forum. He was harsh, and impatient as he was in elaborating his point, often digressed to personally attack several members. But even his brashness is easier to deal with as opposed to some claim so unbelievably ignorant it's almost unreal and you don't know whether to laugh at or pity the person who said it. Anyway a slow day on the mercato front. Some reports said City is willing to release Tevez on loan with obligation to buy after a meeting with Braida. Apparently Galliani is in Brasil for vacation though I hope while he's at it, he'll come back with one player worthy one of our non-EU spots.

@ Stitch: LOL. Oddly he was nice to me the few times we disagreed on some topics, he never used harsh language. OOT, there's a Giancarlo on another Milan site who is the subject of just as much derision as that of old MM that I begin to think it's the same person 
@ Zvone: Chill bro. If you think someone is abusive towards other members in his posts and then you can expect the him to be banned sooner rather than later because it's against the rule. Ok back to topic... I truly hope that Galliani knows of what importance is getting De Rossi in the summer. I dont care if it will take all of our mgm working on him, get him here no matter what. No need for playing gentlemen anymore. Roma are to blame that they let their best man come to 6 months of contract.
If we have 20+ mil to spend on Tevez, don`t. De Rossi is much more important at the moment.Only when De rosi us sealed we can go after someone else

As a player De Rossi will benefit us more than Tevez but I think the chance of us getting the latter is bigger. Roma is undergoing some new project now with Enrique and as with any project they've been going through some hard times. Sure De Rossi can hold talks with any club now but his prolonged negotiations could be just another hard-ball, not just with regards to financial reward but also the continuity or prospect of this new Roma. If they do well (and they're certainly doing better the last two or three weeks) like qualifying for Europe next season, then I'm sure they'll do anything to keep him.

I think De Rossi is just waiting to see if they qualify for the CL or not before he makes up his mind.
I hope we sign Carlitos asap before Cassano gets better, because when he does the management will say Cassano recovered and we are good as we are - which is not the case.
How is it not the case? Who do we need in attack? Ibra, Robinho, Pato, Cassano, name one team that has 4 great attackers?
The midfield on the other hand needs reconstruction.
