AC Milan have reportedly been offered Spurs midfielder Tanguy Ndombele in exchange for Franck Kessie as they look to get a deal done in January, a report claims. (Mediaset)

I wouldn't mind. When he was in form (a couple of seasons ago), Ndombele was really good. 

However, there may be several complications to this deal. The respective contract length (Ndombele has a few years left) and their current salary (Ndombele much higher too) probably will make this deal difficult.

Not sure how I feel about Ndombele. He's been up and down. But, it may be the best we can get this January. I don't see anyone paying cash for Messie especially since he'll be gone for AFCON the entire month of January. Anyway, Ndombele has another 3 years on his Spurs contract, so i doubt they'll just give him up for Kessie who'll be free in 6 months. A straight swap for this reason would definitely be a beneficial deal for us (regardless of the qualities of the players since one is worth 20+M on the market while the other will be free in 6 months).
But I doubt a straight swap is on the cards exactly becaude of what I said. I'm thinking based on the rumors about Roma getting Ndombele on a loan + option to buy, I assume we would get the same deal...although the option to buy him will probably be lower for us as compared to that of Roma's. Now, an 18 month loan is definitely a more enticing option.

I am really curious how much more money Toronto is offering so that an NT regular would willingly leave the main stage of the world football. I wonder if more details will surface eventually. 

Of course, there could be other factors than just money. Maybe Belotti and Insigne want to go to Toronto just so that they can have a realistic chance to run into certain famous Iranian-Canadian guy that they have admired throughout their lives.

It is good that the MLS season ends before winter starts cause otherwise they would not come here, ever

Ndombele is on around 10M net. May as well keep Franck at that price.

Report I read last week was 12m per season for Insigne, which is like maybe twice or even three times what everyone else in Europe is probably willing to give him lol.

Plays best as a LW but can play CAM/RW.... BUT at best, he's decent as a LW. would rather not have him at Milan unless he's a depth signing for peanuts. Have never rated him.

Joao Pedro would be a great pickup. Don't know how he has gone so long without being picked up by a bigger team.
