There was news of 100M+ budget a couple weeks ago. Of course, nobody knows so it's just pure speculation, but let's say that's true.

Romors of Botman and Sanches are about 60M for the both (30M Botman and 20M Sanches as he's entering his last year of contract). That leaves 40M and with that, we need to adress ACM, CF and RW.
-ACM: we already have Adli coming in and Diaz will stay another year. Not world class, but a lot of potential in both those players. I would stick with them and save the money here.
-CF: Ibra will likely renew. With that being said, he will not and should not feature in more then 15 games a year (sub appearances as well. We will have Giroud and we just invested in Lazetic. Jury is still out on him so we'll see if he's even able to contribute yet. As with the ACM position, this is not world class, but it's adequate. I would sign Belotti for free, call it a day and save the money here.
-RW: invest the 40M here. If we sell someone and get cash, add that to the 40M. Make this side as potent as the left. It'll make up for the fact that the CF and ACM position is not quote top class. I don't know what player. I don't have suggestions. But i'm sure we can find a top class talent with 40M+, even in 2022.

Botman (30), Sanches (20), Adli (paid for?), Belotti (free), RW (40M). I think with this, we are genuinly inching towards being part of the European elite.

What astounds me is we rarely seem to be looking at RW.

I know we can only go by reports,  but it's nearly always a LW (Bergwijn the latest) who possibly can go RW.

I would much prefer an ACTUAL  right sided player: Berardi,  Raphina, Pepe  etc
Only one of Messias and Saladmaker should be here as backup.

Saladmaker is younger but literally offers nothing in the final third while Messias is older but seems struggle with playing more than once a week- considering his background that's no surprise. 

Then as nefremo posted , we're covered relatively well.

We are also linked with Noa Lang and de ketelaere. Both can play on the right. De ketelaere is someone I really like, massive potential.

Btw also divock Origi is out of contract this summer, I wouldnt mind him. He’s a quality player, can play as a striker or left winger.

Would rather Orsolini than Asensio to be honest. But Berardi is still my first choice.

65m for those 2 is a lot. 
I think I prefer Sanches to be honest but Frattesi is still a gun player. 
I think I also prefer Raspadori over Scamacca to be honest. Raspadori is a better all rounder so would fit our style better IMO.
Why not work for a triple deal. 
Frattesi, Raspadori, Berardi. Send them 50-60 plus Saele(permanent), Colombo(Loan with option), Krunic. 
spend 25-30 on Botman.
then use loan with options to fill all the bench spots we need.

I'm also approaching a point where I think Rebic should be sold if a good offer comes in.
He's very hit and miss and seems to be mostly miss of late. Hopefully he changes my mind and hits form soon but hard to be patient for so long.

I'd try to replace him with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Remember Kaladze recommended him to us and would potentially be a great foil for Leao.

Does anyone think FIFA might open an emergency window for players in Ukraine and Russia?

PianetaMilan report that Milan could look to PSG in their attempts to increase quality by signing a player who is out of contract at the end of the season: Angel Di Maria. The Argentine has not yet renewed his contract with the Parisians for another year and there is nothing to suggest he will do so either.

Although he is 34, he would certainly be a big leap in quality for the playmaker role and can even play as a right winger.

Matches are suspended in Ukraine, would buy some Donetsk players. I don't know what effect would be on Russian PL after West imposed sanctions.
