We invested him 8.5M. So even if we sell him for 9M, it is a profit. At least on paper.
Lets say 1.5M loan fee, 8M obligation to buy, 15% from the next sale. I guess we must accept such an offer. I personally wouldn't push for double digits. He just doesn't seem that promising.

About Dybala/De Ketelaere i think its really really difficult. Dybala is a start and is proven everywhere, and he comes for free with a big salary. De Ketelaere is a huge talent with massive room for improvement, and will be more of an investment. He will also require a lot less salary. Lets say they both are been offering 3 years contracts. Dybala with a salary of 5,5 mill. De Ketelaere with 2,5 mill. Dybala will not be helped by the growth degree, so he will cost us a lot more. On De Ketelaere we will have this, so he will be cheap in salary, taxes and all that. The latter will cost around 30-35 mill..
With commision to agents, salary, growth degree and everything i think will have a pretty similar cost for us over a 3 year contract. My opinion: A "free" Dybaka is a no brainer. Still just 28 years old, proven, maybe he just need a a new enviroment to find his best feet again. The main concern is injuries but every player has his risks.
Which of them would you prefer?
depends on how much we will get cdk imo, if 30m than i prefer we go for dybala, if less than 30, sure, go for cdk
Why sell Saele to make room for Ziyech? I would just not redeem Jr. That right there almost pays for Ziyech's salary.

Because I believe this is the perfect time to sell him. From now on, he will only play less therefore worth less. He doesn't do better than Messias on the pitch either.
Optimism that Ziyech deal could be completed by beginning of week.

Fair enough. He is frustrating to watch for sure. Craps the bed in the final 3rd consistently and makes so many errors in decisive moments. I wouldn't be against a sale. I guess I just don't rate Jr much either. So from that perspective, since we don't own him, why even buy him. That's what I was thinking.
