Not sure too many clubs are interested. From what I remember in coming across news about him....it's us and some clubs in Turkey. I'm sure many others would jump at the possibility of signing him, but if they are top clubs, they won't offer starting spots anyway just like us. The others are probably at the level of Fiorentina, etc.

Anyway, 2.5mil guaranteed for 2 years is not too bad either.
But in the end, I can see him go back to Brazil and finish his career probably gain a few kilos along the way and collect a good paycheck while being hailed as a king there.

Yeah, back to Brazil or go to MLS for a couple of seasons. That's what I would expect for his next step.

According to Daniele Longo Milan are not interested in Jordan Veretout. In fact, he is on his way to Marseille instead.

Travelling to Brugge and not getting CDK would be epic fail type thing, in my opinion at this point fingers crossed is as much about getting CDK as it is not getting embarrassed.
If you believe Di Marzio it is likely that Ziyech is an alternative to CDK not both, this would be another fail in my opinion.

Absolutely another fail. We need CDK and a RW. No doubt about it. We can't afford to screw this up.

Why on earth would one of the most honoured players in the history of football come to Milan at 34 just to sit on the bench as a backup!? I mean, I'm ok with it if it happens. I understand that Maldini is his hero and all that, but why do that for the last 1-2 years of your career?

Maybe he wants another challenge? Plus, most players would like to spend a time at Milan  


I guess if he comes it's another champion to help our predominantly young group plus Marcelo can fill in anywhere across the back if needed.

Missed out on Kubo. He went to Sociedad for 6.5M but Madrid have a buy-back clause and a % of any future sale.

Can play AM/RW and had the youth profile we usually look for...and reopens the Asian market as well.

Disappointing if we end up with Veretout. The guy is the definition of average. He was at Fiorentina and still is at Roma.

He fits the mould of player we are looking for. A two way midfielder. Similar to what Sanches is for example. Problem with Veretout is the lack of quality. He's no better than Rade imo. So what's the point in splashing cash on him. Just use Rade more and that's it.

ignoring the fact he's trash. are people forgetting that he chose Roma when we were after him last time. screw the guy, even if he was good enough.

Would love to see Marcelo in red and black. Would be another amazing leader for the team and a solid player at that.

I still think Zaniolo will end up at Juve. Just give it some time.
and no way we end up picking up a high value RW after spending decent cash on CDK. 

Kubo would hgave been a good pickup and 6.5m is cheap but we need a starter not another depth option.
Already have Saele and Diaz for that. despite the fact I'd happily have brought him in to replace either one.

Kubo is OK but I do not like a buy-back option.

Similar to Diaz case, we are developing a talent for them for a loan price which will be equaled with the buy-back minus buy-option. A win-win-win but Milan always get the fewest benefit regardless of Diaz's development!
