I don't think either one of them is a right winger. Although they probably both could occupy the right wing in defemsive phases and move centrally in attack. I can see CDK be a right sided attacking mid or a support striker. But not a wing. As you said, not really fast enough.
What we need is another Leao on the rught side. Someone anle to just burst past defenders with speed. It'll make this team top class. I was hoping we'd replace one of Saele/Jr with a player like this but it is what it is I guess.
But this is a good start. Origi, Adli, CDK....much improved attacking line already.
I think we are still missing a CB, CM and maybe replace FBT with another LB.

This is big money for a player from the Belgian league! club brugge negotiated really well here, it also shows how much MMM wanted him.
As a Belgian I am really excited to see him in a Milan shirt, same goed for Origi! Our attack looks really promising now.

I believe a left footed CB who can also play LB decently would solve both problems.
About CM, there is one thing we always ignore here. Pioli loves Krunic man. He really believes in him, he played even in the most important games previous season. Not 90 minutes perhaps but still.
Including him we actually have 4 central midfielders even if we exclude Bakoyoko. We do need talent there, yes. However it's numerically saturated.
Milan have confirmed that Maldini has joined Spezia on a season-long loan. No buy-out/buy-back clause.
Should just sell as extremely average.

It's not that I ignore it....it's more that I don't want to acknowledge it. 
In terms of numbers....we are good everywhere on the field. But I think we meed more quality. The idea would be to replace less quality players with better ones. Krunic is simply not a CL level player and he won't become one. Pioli did use him quite a bit towards the end....but that also had to do with Brahim's terrible form.
I’m not sure Nef. He is definitely not a starter, but I think he is a very reasonable bench player. He is very professional and positionally flexible. Pioli won’t bring him on to win games. He will to protect a lead, give a player a rest, etc.
If CDK is made official, it will be crazy. We will finally have someone who can contribute goals AND assists. Leao and Theo are going to benefit so much from this guy if he turns out. I really hope this transfer saga doesn’t put too much pressure on him.
I’m curious if Pioli is going to rely on Gabbia as fourth choice? I hope he does. I think this is his season to make that big jump.
My 2 cents on Krunic: sell.
He can be handy, and he did help the month going towards the Scudetto but so he should. At the end of the day these are mid-table teams he played well against.
I agree with Nefremo, he is not Milan quality.
We all kinda of shudder when Krunic is going to come on, again he brought himself time with his last month but we used to fear him coming on for a reason.
Can anyone imagine him playing against Bayern, Real, Man City ?
Are Pobega or Chukwuemeka* worse than Krunic? Probably. But we're hoping they would grow.
Frattesi? I know some aren't sold on him, the next Poli or Bertolacci. I get that. But those guy's never got to the NT, Frattesi is. Also, like Mourinho or not he usually has a good eye for talent. I would prefer Frattesi over Krunic- not to mention we still need Italians!

No way we have 20M more after CdK. Don't think we will have double digits after him. I expect loan signings with options/obligations in the remainder of the mercato. Which is not surprising. So far we've bought Kjaer, Tomori, Florenzi, Salad, Messias like that. Diaz and Bakoyoko will hopefully not be included to this list.
