I don't know why such BS rules even exist at first place. If someone holds dual citizenship/Passport, its his choice to that which nation he will choose to represent.

 One minor note is that many reports had it at a 5 years contracts, it turns out to be 4.

Awesome! I'm expecting him to further improve. I love that he's only 23 and far away from his prime. It'd be good to have him here for pre-season. It was getting old watching snails as CBs at Milan.

Woooo! the guy was a revelation this past season and came mid way. Will be good to see him continue improving for us.
