We are too cheap or don't have the money to buy lot's players.
There really isn't a plan to fix a broken midfield or a broken LB.They go on a Tevez assault thinking of a loan and then maybe get him from somwhere between 15 -20 million.All the time ignoring problem areas , If youre car is missing a windscreen and has a flat tyre you don't go buy neon lights and a spoiler for it.

I mean say M'Villa , Ericksen , Hazard , Hamsik , Lamela , Ganso , Coentrao (more likely Marcelo ) , Nainggolan , Sahin , Hernanes , Fucile I know there are more ...would all improve us so much more than Tevez , I'm not suggesting we buy them all .But realistically we could signed Hernanes for 10 million and I'm sure if it came to it last summer 25 million would of got Hamsik or try for a LB that actually will be a good option and a starter...10 million on Hernanes in summer 2010 and 25 on Hamsik this past , and 10 -15 on a LB..The chances of progressing further in the CL and then the reality of it would have them paying for themselves.

Either way these things didnt happen and wont happen , sure some like Coentrao and Hazard will be over valued.But either we have no money or will outright refuse to spend any regardless of the state of the midfield .And Aquilani Nocerino or Montolivo are not the answer , again even though Noce has been good if he cost even 4 million he prob wouldnt be here.Aquilani is a bmixed bag average-good.
Now ofcourse they wount say we wont spend or cant spend.But flying around the world to take a picture you know.

I'm not quite sure I can fully understand what you're talking about in the second part of your post. As for the first part, I'm 100% positive that players can refuse transfer. Since a contract is signed by two sides, both sides oblige to fulfill their part. Pato signed a contract to play for Milan, not for PSG, and nobody could force him to leave. What Milan could do, for example, is make him sit in the stands for the remainder of his contract, and as long as he gets paid regulary, Milan does not breach a contract.

Your employer can't transfer you to some other company without your consent either.

If it's cost cutting and cheap transfer's my god try for DDR and spend a bit , this is presuming a Tevez deal goes through .And Mesbah turns out good and we have a great relationship with Genoa.And Adler is out of contract.

Well, I saw his assist on their first goal at least. But I miss him in the team for what he did for us over the years and for what he shows he can still offer, things that are missing in our team - midfield creativity. And, he's world class.
