They're still doing well.
THIS!
The problem is not the size, it's how you use it ....
Seriously though, the problem is that we can't capitalize on income the way we would if we owned a state of the art stadium. Naming rights alone would probably bring in 25 million of income we are not getting now.
This is why we are on the verge of a new Juve dynasty. They will have so much more money over the next 5-10 years than any other Serie A team and will be attracting a lot of WC players. In a way, I'm very happy for Juve opening the stadium because it might pave the way to get through all of the stupidity/politics that hold serie A teams back. Once Juve is reeling in bags of money, all of a sudden you'll see a bigger push by Milan and everyone else to enter the 21st century.
PSG has pulled out of the race to sign Tevez. That's a good sign, at least for us who wants him at Milan.

How do you feel about Tevez coming? Are you for it or are you worried about the impact on Pato?
I am personally pretty excited for this transfer despite all the caveats. Do we need a midfielder? Sure, but if he comes Tevez will add a lot of quality.

It depends on the terms, however I'm very excited as well. We're talking about a 30+ Goal scorer in the EPL, won League multiple times, and UCL.
Awhile back I outlined my ideas on this subject. I said the best option is to loan Tevez until June. In that time we can see how fit he is, how he adapts to Serie A. Also, we can see what Pato can do, El Shaaraway, & Robinho. Then in June, we can decide who will go and who will stay. We can sell Pato or give back Tevez. We can sell Robinho. We can release Inzaghi, and loan El Shaaraway. Lastly, we don't know how Cassano will be. Can he return to full fitness and quality or not? Maybe Ibra leaves (doubt it) over contract issues. Many questions we have right now and Tevez being here helps us figure that out, IMO.
Similar can be said for our Midfield Situation. Montolivo, Keita & De Rossi are all going to be Free in June. We also have decisions to make on Ambro, Van Bommel, Seedorf, Flamini, Gattuso, Merkel. Not to mention Mesbah/Urby/Antonini/Taiwo situation.
We all know what we need, but Tevez' arrival brings massive quality and will put pressure on others to perform. Perhaps it will all turn out for the better, and selling one of the other strikers and releasing some midfielders can help finance the acquisition of a World Class ACM, unless of course we end up playing with 3 strikers.
I am for Tevez... that will help us in outscoring our opponents.... and will help when Ibra goes missing in big games... Tevez will hide our midfield deficiencies... this may be a bad thing for the summer mercato, as management will say our midfield is great... and fringe players will be demoralized.
if he choose not to behave we can always beat the shit out of him with with a piece of board...
NOT A HAPPY MILAN FAN

It's worth a lot .
@ElMago well said. I agree, it is contingent on terms. It will give us someone who is accurate in front of goal. We sorely need this given Robinho's ability to miss open goals. It will also give Ibra a rest if Tevez settles in. IMO, given Cassano is an unknown, Pato is always injured/unsettled, SES is still green, and Robinho is not accurate, I think we def need Tevez. Not as much as a midfielder, but we do need him.
BTW guys, you do realize that if Tevez comes, El Shaarawy will be benched for the rest of the season?
