Winter Mercato 11'/12'
we should be more upbeat about this mercato.. name one team that has had a noteably better mercato than us in the entire world? There are none. Think about it, inter got palombo, guarin, juan but lets think of it this way, palombo is pretty old, he may not preform as well plus can't be a much better option to cambiasso.. they sold thiago motta who imo atm is better then guarin until he prooves himself, and juan will replace lucio by the time hes gained enough experience to be that good so it wont make a difference because they are sitll what they are with the actual lucio himself. So who else? PSG signed motta and alex, not too bad.. Juventus signed padoin and boriello(i hated him at milan, such a clumsy no class striker imo) ,offloaded some unneeded players like iaquinta etc.

now us:
We signed; mesbah, muntari, maxi lopez, merkel back, strasser back , two young promising strikers (morely prosenik but who knows if roggia will end up any good?)

so winners of this entire mercato : us.

I wasn't even aware that we were competing with anyone Sagrin
We got the young 'un's. We take out big gunz  Devilcool
Just saying, if we feel like this imagine other teams. but then again like weere so close to being serious competition with barca and real that big signings are crucial now or in this summers mercato (midfielder!!)
may be we got muntari bcoz of two things:
1. merkel got injured
2. de rossi and galliani might have already agreed for the free bosman transfer in june...so muntari might be a temporary solution until then

anyways i am happy with the mercato, esp retaining pato and ES92, and getting back merkel, strasser and buying mesbah for taiwo................

BUT muntari loan am 100% against it, they should have gone for someone else instead like poli for instance.....
I am not a big fan of Muntari, he does not belong in a club like Milan, the only aspect he brings to the game is physicality but at the expense of lowering the entire teams "intelligent purposefull collaboritive play". He is not very bright, in fact, he is stupid...maybe we can use him as a dm to pressure and scare opposition players. He will be a good work horse against the smaller Serie A teams, but I would not risk the stupid against top teams...he is guaranteed to do something stupid and lower the combined IQ of the team.
Maybe they brought in Muntari to start a all Ghana midfield with Boateng.
I can't say I'm particularly disappointed in our mercato. Last January was a different scenario, where we had opportunities to sign important players and were in need of a lot of reinforcement following a major injury crisis (it was worse than this season). This season, it's a case of plugging holes without a great view of building a side to challenge immediately for the CL (this will be important in the summer).

We brought in players who can strengthen the depth of our squad, but aren't likely to add more to the side, but with this I'm fine, as Mesbah looks promising and has been brought in to plug the biggenst hole in the side. Our midfield could do with greater players (Merkel was a nice readdition though), but like I said, this is probably the big aim of the summer.
"I couldn't leave".

I'm satified with management's work so far considering our financial status.with montolivo coming this summer,I only hope for kucka in to backup MVB,It's strange that inter got gurin this winter not him,we might still have chance.

About a big aim to challenge la liga 2 giants,I still think we should strengthen counter-attack quality, players like tevez, gotze, cavani should be the type we are looking for, even it means we need to bid farewell to robinho, cassano, even pato(if he keeps injury himself).
May god with chinese footbball

On a funny sidenote, Fifa 12 's quite realistic. Getting a shot in with Robinho seems impossible haha.

Gotze is improbable, but Cavani in: YES!
