Getting the team spirit back in this team. We have almost none. No leaders, we dont even have a captain, that says a lot!
Few years ago the biggest strength from this team was our team spirit, nothing is left from that!
When we sign new players look at their characteristics also. Tonali would be perfect for this!

He's coming back in Jan as flopped hard on loan in Argentina. Was previously loaned to Salernitana where hardly played. Moncada chose Pellegrino over Calafiori at the time.

I know it wont happen. Bridges are burned like you said.
But it would be the fastest way to fix this team. Players adore Maldini (check his latest social media message and the players response).  We would still have holes in this team but team spirit would improve bigtime, with or without Fonseca even. Plug some holes in januari and hope for the best. Though top 4 finish seems extremely difficult atm.

Calafiori it seems is made of glass. Already on his 3rd injury since joining Arsenal in the summer. He has been ruled out of almost twice as many matches as he's played.

But yes, Pellegrino was definitely a bad choice. Bad scouting.

Noah Okafor has suffered yet another injury setback and it is likely to mean that he does not play again in 2024.

Another waste of a signing that spends more time injured than on the field.

Injuries are bad again! Fear of season ending injury crisis. The good news is that our season has already ended.
When doing transfers we should not sign players with a history of many injuries. Someone like okafor was know for it.

we bought many players "cheap" due to their injury history. RLC, Pulisic and Okafor. Heck, Tammy also came from injury, which might be the reason we managed to get him.
