I guess we all have a personal POV about that matter. It's ok. World would be boring if all people would think the same.
I can not consider someone with over a decade of mediocre job as an "upgrade". Same goes for Tare, same for Allegri.
What's recommendation for Milan? One title in 2012? Rigged titles with Juventus after? He had double stronger squad than rest of the league, and yet when you deduct him points gifted by the refs - he'd fail to win every single one of those titles. Not to mention mess and havoc he created at the end of his reign here. Being unemployed for half of decade if you don't count his second short and unsuccessful spell with Juventus. One job offer - from Besiktas. Cause he was that good.
Same goes for Tare. Decade at Lazio, did nothing, unemployed since then. Not a single serious club in the world wanted him, cause he was so good at his job.
So, if we were Como or some club which is yet to reach heights of Lazio or whatever, they might be a reasonable choice for a midphase. But club which allegedly wants to take step forward and rise to the highest levels, those two are not much of a wise choice, right?
It's just an illusion of a change. Keep changing mediocres until you hit short term lucky pick. I'm sick of it.

That is irrelevant. His main failure was with things unrelated to football. Clans divided, playing play station till 3 am and than missing training tomorrow without any consequences... Some of the players from those times spoke about it. Things which Allegri allowed and didn't even tried to fix. He just didn't cared about it, cause he knew it's matter of time when he'll be sacked. Similar happened in Juventus. Twice. Be a damn professional and do your job properly till the last day.

Allegri is better than 2 portuguese coaches combined. His last spell was bad, true. Q is, would anybody high profile come to us if they have no recent falls?

He is Italian.
He knows Milan.
He won Scudetto at Milan.
Has 6 Serie A, 2 CL finals.
Has more impact than Ibra.

I can see Theo and Leao staying at the club. It could work IMO, Allegri gonna need defensive midfielders, players who can protect and plug the holes theo and Leao leave.. Something which Kessie did very well.

Along with Ricci, Milan are looking to either Hans Nicolussi Caviglia or Nicolo Rovella for the midfield. I’d rather keep Reijnders and just get Ricci. Wtf we selling our best player for?
