I can't judge Xhaka. He may be old, but considering the sorry state of our midfield, I don't think we can look down on anybody.

However, Immobile?? I don't even know this guy still plays. I honestly think our next season's attacker lineup can be Gimenez, Jovic, Camarda.
* I wouldn't mind seeing Camarda as 2nd with Jovic as 3rd.
* If Camarda gets loaned out for playing time, I would welcome that and don't mind having Colombo back as 3rd.
I don't think that this department should be our priority, seeing that we have so many holes in the squad.

Xhaka is a leader, we need someone like that in the team. Along with a silent leader like Modric, our mid part is solid.

We also need this type at the back and the attack.
That's one good reason for Immobile, and the extension with Florenzi as a player & support coach hybrid. Both are Italian and won Euro 2021.

Not excited about Xhaka, but in his defence his best season at Arsenal was his last one there and the last two seasons at Leverkusen has been decent. He may be ok for a season or two. But we need someone creative who can replace some of Reijnders' goal contributions.

The links are all over the place, I'm not sure I see a clear strategy. In our current state, I'm afraid we'll just have to wait and pick up what's left after other teams have done their work.

It's the same old story that we need to sell 10 unsellable players to fund new signings. Doesn't really look that good.

What are we gonna do when these players retire? Bring in a new wave of oldies which we can't sell. Unless we plan to use their experience to raise up youngsters (LOL) we won't have value in the club anymore. I see no reason to believe Liberali and Camarda will be used by Allegri, he is quite conservative.

We can't sell anyone for a decent fee, doesn't matter if they're 25 or 35.
