Summer Mercato - 2025
Sportiello close to Atalanta. As of now I think Allegri is training with more players that won't be here than those who will, Allegri needs a statue outside San Siro if Milan improve on the 8th spot.
id rather go for Kean than Vlahovic

People will forget this and call for his head by the 2nd week of September (if things don't go well). Before you know it, media pressure, Curva Sud protests, players sulking.....
It's a theme seen far too often in the world of football...and sadly as of late, a lot more often than not at Milan.

A good start to a campaign sets you up for success. Builds morale, team spirit and belief in the tactical plan, the project, etc.

Not sure why this leadership just doesn't get it. Trying to save 2 mil here and there only delays the building a "a team" from the very beginning. Before you know it, saving that 5-10 million across the summer market ends up costing 60/70/80 mil by missing out on sporting targets.

It's infuriating....

And at this point, we know who the culprits are. Because the common denominator has been RedBird and Furlani. You can bring in any SD you want. Fact is, if they have their hands tied and aren't allowed to act quickly and with autonomy....then it doesn't matter. Just give the SD a budget ffs and let him work. Let him build a team. But that won't happen with this ownership. They want Furlani (the asset manager at this point) to bless the moves and weigh in on the financial outlook of those moves (especially from a risk/reward perspective in the short to near term).
So yea....of course Furlani is going to use some analytics to say "anything more than 35m for Jashari is too much of a risk and there is x% chance we'll never see a return on him". And sure, that is probably right from an asset and fund management perspective. But not from the standpoint of a football club that APPARENTLY wants to get back to the top.

€52m vs free transfer.

I know Vlahovic is not free though, he would request a much higher salary and his agents are greedy.

Some reading this will laugh but window closing end of August is the worst thing that has happened to Milan, good or bad management something should exist to force teams like this to build a team quicker.

It just shows how cheap they are. They know it is important to build team early, but they choose not to do it in order to spare few pennies. And they also wait for some cheaper option to appear. Some agent might offer some reject at the last day of mercato.
It is not forbidden to negotiate outside of transfer window. If you're monitoring player for a year or two, then start negotiations early and have all your reinforcements available at the first day of preseason.
Here? It's only important it's cheap.
Avaiting for arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.
Archie Brown's agent "suddently" asked for 3m commission, the player earns 3.5m a year (Sport Mediaset).
Congrats Fenerbahce  Icon_lol2

Chelsea are in the good mood Big Grin let's humbly ask for some players: Doue & Jackson.
Is anyone surprised its panning out this way. Making an offer for Jashari shows they wanted another midfielder but now that his deal looks dead they're suddenly fine.
Talk of Saelemakers and Pobega being used at right back we have no LB and only one striker and theyre jetting off in a week to Asia and Australia.
Modric arrived in Milan on 14th day of July and will take the N.14 shirt
I don't understand why we got into that sticky Brown situation in the first place. We would be damned if we got him and damned if we didn't. Initially I thought it must have been a joke, until that shitty club of Fenebahre made a meal out of it on social media.
Adli, Lazetic and Vasquez have been called up for the first day of Milan Futuro.

Like new signings...
