I seem to clearly remember Raiola was beneficial for us because of things like enabling cheaper Ibra transfer fee and the like. Either way if management (Galliani in our example) can become the subject of an agent's game the management is to blame too for getting into the game...

To be honest if we are not bringing a world class defender I don't really know that there is THAT much difference between having Matri or Dzeko or even Tevez (I rate Tevez higher than the other two).

what would we want Kyriakios Papadopoulos? and even worse, illegal approach?

I don't even rate him higher than Sokratis Papadopoulos. Why can't we focus on Italian prospects, if we can't land superstars?

I rate Damiao higher then dzeko and matri, although not tevez. I don't see why so many people here rate Dzeko soso highly, because...?? A couple good seasons at wolfsburg and playing for a big club i'd presume.. He's quite slow, really hes similar to ibra but half the player, he reminds me of a knock off shevchenko. I don't rate him very highly, though i wouldn't be mad or disappointed at his arrival I just think if we're to replace ibra with a striker with similar characteristics the only person who comes close is Cavani, anyone else who plays that type of football just doesn't do it as well as ibra or cavani. Instead of another slow less creative then ibra striker I'd prefer a faster flashier even better of a goal scorer in damiao and he has his creative side because in his early career he was also a midfielder + he is even younger then Dzeko.

But guys, we could be expecting two strikers because apparently maxi lopez was a trial to replace pippo, where that was always going to be temporary unless he really shocked management and then to get tevez..
we lost ibra+pippo+maxi
So i'd expect two strikers.

BTW I heard from goal.com that we sold ibra for 30mln euros? Which would mean we made 72mln euros between both deals..

If they want to re-invest they wouldn't have sold our two best players; we sold them for money and will re-invest of course, but not all of them... maybe only 25% max

I agree. Cavani does resemble Inzaghi a lot. His hat-track against Milan in Week 2 this season was very painful to watch, and particularly the third goal was just like Inzaghi reincarnated.



By the way, I believe that Cavani is targeted by Chelsea. That should kill our hope.

If you play Milan in FM 2012, your budget transfer is 0 for the first two seasons; you have to sell to buy, or sign freebies. I guess they're pretty accurate

i play milan in fm12
i get around 6-10m in 1st season
and at 2nd season i get around 10-15
and i can still increase that through budget adjusment
and i got eriksen from ajax for 3.9m, kagawa for 9,7m, alcantara for 13m, nainggolan for 9m, and astori for 8.2
and im just on my 2nd season in january
before u say anything i sold ibra for 15m, robinho for 10, amelia for 2.3 and loan urby for 1.2
