He allegedly is a Milan fan. Before his injury, I believe that his asking price was 20-25M. 11M would still be a steal, but of course we don't know the extent and impact of his injury.

G.Rossi will be out for like 18 months all told. He may never be the same again, and we have 2 SS's on the team already. Really, El Shaaraway is a SS as well, so make it 3.
With guys like Pirlo, Gattuso, Ambrosini, Seedorf no longer in our midfield, I think we can play a 3 man midfield. I would like a Christmas Tree with Cassano and Robinho dropping deep when necessary, but also playing interchangeably to support Pato and feed him tons of balls through on Goal. This would be the best system we have currently: -------------------Pato------------------ ---------Cassano--------Robinho-------- ---Nocerino----Montolivo----Boateng-- -Urby-----Acerbi-----Mexes-------Abate For this we'd need to buy 1 more Target man (Matri, Dzeko, Damiao, Pazzini, etc) and then guys like Traore, Flamini, would rotate in midfield as they're runners which would be needed. I don't want to see Antonini at LB anymore, he's right footed and should only play when necessary. Urby should play there as I don't think he's good enough (IMO) for midfield despite all the hype. Our defense is far from what I as an Italian would like to see. I think it's very weak at the back, if not atrocious, and if one of those guys goes down or can't perform or even gets tired, we'll have to see Bonera or Yepes. Scary. Anyhow, up top is fine for me that was never the problem. This is the best we can hope for at this point in time. At least we'll score goals, assuming Pato stays fit.

Mano Menezes chose to call Hulk(huge mistake) and not another CB as one of the 3 players above 23 years old. The most irritating thing is that there are better defenders here under-23 that Mano left... Rafael Toloi is an example. How can a coach call these 2 over a guy like Toloi is beyond me...

No matter the crisis were in its not like berlu to make no attempt to sign him, for god sakes last season being 60mln euros in debt he attempted at c.ronaldo, and tevez in january after we already had cassano,binho,ibra,pato,els.. I also hope Lucas does not go to inter, but from what I've seen lately I think oscar is even further talented
