Fiorentina was actually most dangerous when Sinisa stopped playing montolivo as practically a CB. I don't get why he's in a DM role... i mean he's aggressive and a solid tackler (for a CM). But in a 3 man where he can push forward he does good things.

I think in allegri's system at mezz'ala he'd be very good. High work rate, good technique, good defensively

would be a good set up because monty and boateng's work rate and movement up would give ganso additional options. Which is what we'd need if we went back to a system based on a treuqartista. It's too easy to mark out a #10 if he isn't super athletic or dribbler (like a prime kaka for example). But if CMs can push forward and forwards drop back (like robinho, cassano and ibra do with ease) it's not a problem.

The opposite is what jube did w/ diego last year. 3 cm's who stayed put and 2 forwards who didn't drop. Diego was marked out with ease.

i don't know if it has been mentioned already but reports say that Ganso will sign for €27 million, i'll try and get some sources to these reports though.

Apparently Wenger is considering selling a lot of players

Clichy, no thanks hes a younger Antonini, would rather have Taiwo, Antonini and Emanuelson fighting for that spot, Denilson again seeing him many times he has far too many average games but Diaby i would be a big big fan for signing, hes fast, tall, strong, and technicaly brilliant, kind of like a faster version of Prince imo, he could be good in our midfield if we sign Ganso, he has good stamina so would relieve alot of the work off of Ganso and Hernanes if we sign him!
