I think balo cannot be replaced and his sale cannot be discussed. Kaka must stay, but not in a physically intensive role like cam or winger.

If it was possible i'd keep Abiatti DES Abate Rami Zapata DeJong Monty Essien Poli Balotelli SES Taarabt (could be usefull against small sides) Niang.So how fo replace the 20+ players ?.Because without doing that we'll just stay a mediocre mid-table side.

Guys I would keep are as follows:
GK: Gabriel and Abbiatti
FB: Abate and DES
CB: Rami
CM: Essien, Poli, DeJong, Cristante and Monty
AM: Honda and Sapanora
FW: SES, Niang, Pazzo and Mario
Util Squad player: Birsa and Bonera
Kaka to me is a maybe, if he is willing to cut his wages.
Oops i forgot Cristante ,definitely keep that kid.

I don't see why Balo can't be under discussion. Getting a decent amount of money for him could fund a good mercato (I'm aware of our recent history, this is hypothetical)
Kaka imo is also up in question. He's not succeeded and been the leader we've needed and this in a year he's desperate to go to the World Cup. I'd call into question his motivation when he's got nothing else other than Milan (who won't be in Europe) to play for.

Seedorf's decisions vs Napoli should be questioned, but at the same time he's here because of Silvio, so I doubt this is more than a case of "explain these decisions" by Silvio than any real anger.
GK: Abbiati has to go, no question his stime is up. Amelia too.
DF: Abate, DES, Rami, Zapata & Bonera as last choice backup but nothing more. Mexes has done his bit so can go back to france, Zaccardo....dont know what he does and so he can leave. Silvestre...waste of space. Urby..not good enough for defence so if he can find a space in midefield else nees to go too.
Mid: Birsa & Essien both need to go. Essien is nothing more than a stop gap until the end of the season anyway. I am happy to keep Kaka as we need a leader and out of the lot we have, he is more a leader than Montolivo at the moment. Saponaro should stay if he continues to develop else send him ut on loan. I like Tarrabt for his directness, i would keep him as long as he stays inline.
FW: Robinho has to go, the most useless player at Milan for a long long time. Niang need to get his shit together or he can leave. SES need to get fit and stay fit.
So will need 2 x GK, 2 or 3 x DF, 0 or 1 x Mid, 0 or 1 x Att in the summer. That should give us a team of around 22-24 players, more than enough and leave an incenive for the youth players to come through.

Saponaro's developed ?..hes regressed & is happy to sit on the bench instead of going elsewhere to get game time ,then hopefully he'd show if he is or isn't worth holding onto and try for his other 50%.
I understand hes a Milan fan and god knows id of given anything to play for Milan,but hes 22 and theres no signs of him being even close to the player some hoped for.His game has glaring holes that need work but without playing he'll just be another De Gennaro.
so 2 keepers 3 defenders 1 midfielder wed need i agree.Being realistic and with some reasonable investment id go for..Perin GK 1 keep Abiatti as 2nd/3rd GK ,Alex free Doria $12M as thats his value apparently and for LB id take a punt on Murru from Cagliari.For the midfielder id love if we had a real budget ,if that could be our 1 big signing id like any of Matuidi (out of contract) Song Kroos apparently is available  too spensive Maher maybe.

With Kroos its around €43M

Seems like its realistic but also fantasy
