World Cup Prediction League

Whether we use the onsite one or not this thread will be the place to talk about the World Cup prediction league.

The onsite version will use the same username and password that the Milan prediction league participants have. Others wanting to join can get username and passwords. I can also send reminder for anybody who has forgotten theirs.

Zeekay, I, personally, have a slight preference for using something on the site but either way we should start soon.

Agreed. Also, if we want to do a Fantasy Football league for the World Cup as well, we should set it up soon so that people have time to pick their teams.

I prefer the onsite one because then there'll be much less hassle. It's not that I don't trust Zeekay with his suggestion but he supports Argentina, just like a friend I just made a bet with. So it's nothing personal, just business.

I prefer the onsite one too, but I have a feeling that Nalx and I might be the only two.

I do not know if I would have all the energy to do a fantasy league type of stuff, having to pick all players for 'my team'. Is that what zeekay suggests?

I could go with whatever option that everyone else decides on, just for the record.

MilanMania Prediction League

Guys I know prediction league onsite would be fun, but I would suggest to play it on

Reason:
- Its free
- We cannot only predicts scores, but also other fun predictions about which team will have more throw ins, which team will have more possession etc etc.
- The will be a surprise question before every match, kind of a golden prediction type.

Registration is very easy.

- Go to fifa.com or the link I have mentioned above.
- While registering, make sure select the user-name/nick name the same one which you use on MM, because it will be easy to recognize you.
- Start predictions 't forget to join the "Milan Mania" prediction league.
For that, just click on "Join a league", then give the following info:
League Name: Milan Mania
Passward: iloveacmilan

& ofcourse don

It may sound hectic thing to register from the scratch, but it really takes no time at all.

Lets see how many MM fans join the league.

Same rules here. Your team name should be your MM username to make it easy for others to see who is in the lead. e.g. if your MM username is "xudong", the your fantasy league team should be "xudong" too, not PirloFan4Life, I-Love-Xavi, Maradona-my-Buddy, Messi-fan#1 etc etc .... we won't recognize you if you do it

I am a bit confused. There is one McDonald's, then the other link says Castrol's. Which one should we register?
