P.S. Don´t be mad at Milan and say what you said. You have 3 or 4 years givin us 4 great games a season. Milan mgt was more than loyal with you at the bad times. More than I ever saw with a player uncerachieving.

Pirlo has been my favorite Milan player after Maldini for the last 10 years, now he's gone. I think it's a sad day. He could have done so much more for us. It's a shame to let him leave because I think he could do well in other roles than his usual regista role. He can split defenses like no other.

And also, we're keeping Inzaghi? I don't get this.

Inzaghi is 37 and he only requested 1 year extension (with a lot of salary reduction, I believe). Plus, he understands that he won't get much playing time. So Inzaghi's expectation = Milan's needs.

On Pirlo's case, he's 31. He has at least 3 - 4 more years in his professional career. There's no way he'll accept a bench warmer role. And there's no way Allegri will give him starting role. The way allegri setup the team is to use a strong holding midfielder. MvB and Ambro fit this role. But with Pirlo, we became vulnerable (although we'll see silky passes.. --> but one counter and we're dead).

Not discounting any contribution Pirlo has given us. I'm a die hard milanista, followed each game, taped each game, replayed most games during my spare time. And the days when Pirlo ruled the world with Rui, Ambro, and Rino were beautiful days. I'll cherish it always. So long Pirlo.

Grazie Pirlo bye bye.I won't wish him luck if he joins Juve.Great player fantastic memories not one of my personal top 5 Milan player's ( Maldini , Boban , Albertini , VanBasten and Sheva) but an all time Milan great and definitely in my top 10 favourites .Sad to see him leave.

Brasiliero I don't mean to purposely disagree with most your posts but I'm almost forced to because your brazilian i understand so your defending anythng everything we say about brazilians, but when you talk about the pitch wear and the crappy balls they used back then the other players on the pitch had to withstand the same conditions.. Do you really think a ball has anything to do with a talented footballer? I've seen c.ronaldo do 100+ keep ups and around the world with a tangerine. and robinho with a tennis ball. You'd compare Maradona to Messi, but why not Pele to Messi? If messi was around back then he would have 100 goals this season, not 50 something. soccer was different back then , defensive play didn't even exsist - not saying there were no good defenders but the style of play was by no means defensive you'd have defenders scoring 5-10 goals a season (some). Proof is NO 17 YEAR OLD and i mean no even with 10x pele and messis talent can win a world cup, NONE , no matter what talent you have to become a soccer player now is alot harder then before, alot alot harder. They have so many methods of improving fitness and skill that didnt exsist back then, also types of vitamins and supplements. And i will talk rudely about pele because hes noone to come out and say messi wont equal out to him, i wish pele could go back 34 years and play on barca with messi just to provve my point. watching messi or c.ronaldo makes me wana run outside and start playing soccer. He was trhe best to exsist in his ERA, but that era belongs in a museum nowadays. Goalies believe it or not i dont even think wore gloves back then.. Pele and maradona are not super humans, there humans just like we are whatever they did to be so good anyone else can if soccer is their life and passion. And the soccer balls back then werent made of rocks, they weighed approximately 2 pounds. 2 pounds to a talented footballer doesnt matter in my personal opinion. I'm not bashing pele, but he was the best of his era, keep it at that. Messi is the best of this era and will be for a while playing on the best team (barca) doesnt matter, what does that have to do iwth anything anyways? Iniesta and xavi dont lend him one of their legs when he makes those solo efforts and dribbles half the pitch do they

Besides, back then soccer was still in its "growth stage" that's like saying a 1 year old child can run better then a 10 year old child. you can't compare the two eras, but if you must modern day footballers are more talented.

apparently Seedorf was offered a renewal by Galliani but he hasn't accepted because he wants to see what role will he play next year with Allegri.. Botafogo's president also had a long meeting with Clarence (4 hours, so that couldn't just be a rumor).

Fabregas rumors makes me jizz. He's been my #1 Pirlo-replacement for 3-4 years! He's perfect but I only wonder if wants to join us instead of Barca.

Anyone know what the new wages are of the new players?

Didn't Fabregas once said that in Italy, he liked our team's way of play the most? Not that any comment made by a player nowadays shouldn't be taken without a truckload of salt, but if he really wants to win something in his career he MUST leave Arsenal. So if it's difficult to break into Barca starting eleven (his first choice I guess) and he won't move to other rich clubs due to his loyalty or his past (Citeh, MU, or Madrid) then his next best choice is us.

So if you're reading this Berlusconi (I mean, the president, but on second thoughts, why knock-off the daughter cum director too right?), Fabregas will be a perfect gift for our team.
