True and that's what frustrates me most...zero tactics. How come every side we come up against plays like a team whereas we just look like a collection of individuals? No moves, fluidity, no nothing. Pippo's clearly out of his depth and now it's starting to show. Some players are born managers (e.g. Mihajlovic, Montella) others are just wannabe's like Pippo. Tbh you could give him better players and results wouldn't change because he clearly doesn't know what he's doing besides "transmitting enthusiasm" 
1 win in 5 games is disastrous especially considering the opposition's been Cagliari, Palermo, Sampdoria etc. Our only saving grace has been Inter/Viola are also struggling but at least Viola play entertaining football. Even Inter play decent football from time to time.
Fiorentina has scored 10 goals less than Milan and they play entertaining football? Please, stop the nonsense. The only culprit for our bad results are our average players not Pippo. Even Mourinho wouldn't make a team out of the washed players in our team.

Lol what a ridiculous comment. Since when is entertaining football dependant on goals scored?! Everybody knows Fiorentina play exciting, entertaining football that's a fact. In case you didn't realise they've been missing their 2 best strikers (Gomez + Rossi) which is why they've scored less. They also haven't been gifted 4/5 penalties like us.
And no Pippo's equally responsible for bad results. You can't seriously tell me our garbage squad is any worse than Cagliari, Cesena, Palermo, Empoli yet we couldn't beat them!
Not that I want to start an argument with anyone regarding this team or anything, but to say Inzaghi has no responsibility for bad results is not right either.
The hallmark of a good coach is not that he can win games if you give him a team twice as talented as all of his oppositions. A truly great coach can take whatever team is given to him and maximize the potential of the squad. Now, that, of course, does not mean you can give him a bunch of crap and he will make a champion out of it, but he can at least make an average team competitive. Ancelotti is probably the best example of this. Real went into this season without some of Ancelotti's favorite linchpins like Alonso and Di Maria. Everyone talked about how they would struggle with Kroos and James because those two can't play defense the way Alonso and Di Maria did. And that's exactly what happened early in the season as Real really struggled to begin the season. But then Ancelotti tinkered with his formation and style and now Real was beating up on Barca for fun. Ancelotti was able to take a highly talented but very unbalanced team and made them world beaters.
Then we look at Milan. Now sure, this is not the most talented Milan team we have seen. If anything, this is probably the least talented Milan team in the last 20 years. And sure, nobody would think this team would be capable of challenging Juve or Roma even if Mourinho or Ancelotti is at the helm. But to actually do worse than teams like Sampdoria? That is just unacceptable. We have spent 1/3 of a season on tinkering with our formation, style and personnel to find balance, and we still concede multiple goals every single game. We went into the season as a high octane, high scoring team that was giving up goals like candy on halloween. After working on finding our balance, we are now a slow paced, average scoring team that is giving up goals like candy on halloween. If that is not an issue with coaching, I don't know what it is. I am not blaming on the lackluster results on Inzaghi, just saying that he is also responsible for the failures as well.

Pippo continue's to play Muntari when fit & hes just poor 80% of the time.His playing Bonera at anytime is just mind boggling in Boneras last 4/5 games he's been sent of twice IIRC and been the sole person redponsible for a few goals due to his mistakes.
He seems to have NO set tactics for how he wants the team to play, his subs are poor.Im not suggesting id do better as I see his errors after the games or during them.He doesnt seem to learn from them.
It was a step too far too soon.Our season is panning out badly.Some can say we're 3 points off third but I say dropping points to Cagliari Empoli Cesena Palermo is pitiful out of 12 points we got 2.The squad is poor but its set up horribly.
As the season progresses we'll drop a hell of alot of points.Id bet we wont make EL & they still harp on about UCL.We'll prob see a few free additions in Jan adding to the wage bill with no improvement.

So, what's the point in cheering for a team that plays entertaining but never wins anything and ends the season in 6-10th position because scoring goals is not important, lol. We have a better team than Cagliari, Cesena, etc on paper, but our players didn't want the win as them, weren't motivated as them, that's the problem when you have players without hunger and ambition to win, playing only for the fat paycheck.
I blame Inzaghi for the choice of players he uses. He should play younger and more hungrier players like Van Ginkel and Saponara, but he continues to play washed-up players like Bonera and Muntari even though it evidently hurts the team.

Agree with the gist of your argument but Montella, Mihajlovic would be better examples than Ancelotti at Real. Donadoni + Ventura also performed miracles to finish above us last season
