Well, it can't get worse than it is now anyway. Today Berlusconi refused to talk about Milan when he met the press, saying they should rather focus on things that are actually important. It really seems like he doesn't give a fuck anymore. As long as we actually get some guarantees that Mr Pink will make Milan competitive again, I am happy.

Yeah that was a direct quote. I think it is also a clear sign that he has sold the club.

There is a new deal for a collection of merchandise with the Hello Kitty brand. Pretty decent potential for visibility and business in places like Japan.

Yes. Hopefully a bit beneficial to the team. It will almost certainly mean many people will see the Milan logo more often.

I think the club aligning the brand with Hello Kitty is really smart personally. Hello Kitty is a phenomenon in Asia (a market the club are actively targeting), but also it opens the possibility to target demographics which may not necessarily be easily targeted. For example, the young female demographic isn't one that would be easily marketable with the Milan brand alone, but attaching it to Hello Kitty, it's easier to develop a relationship with potential fans.

I wouldn't say this is massive news for most of us, but it's positive corporate news for the club.
