Some guy at R&B posted it. He quoted Gazzetta dello Sport.

I read that as well, in a few places just by googling.
We should hypothetically sign Witsel,Banega and Bertolacci. It worries me that Galliani said we'd sign a big midfielder and attacker, what about defender!? Abdennour is a good defender but we should sign another good defender to pair with him. I personally rated Rami as our current best defender, if we're losing him we need to bring in two good defenders.
We have A LOT of rebuilding to do, even in attack. Cerci,Menez,Honda, they're all luxury subs but none should be starters for us. We shouldn't be paying 60mln euros for Cavani, that's messed up. I'd go for 25m Jovetic and pair him up with Ibra, we get two players for the price of one with money to spare for a young CF/CAM.
I'm happy we didnt end up buying Kondogbia, apparently the real figures of his deal with inter is 40MLN euros + bonuses lol.
I used to watch inter as a child on tv ahahahaha
Monaymania, Kondogbia on inter move
When we evaluate Kondogbia, we also have to take into consideration that he is only 22 years old as well. It's kind of not fair to compare him to Witsel just yet, since Witsel is four years older and in the prime of his career. Not saying Kondogbia will definitely be the better player between the two, but at 22 he has a lot of room to grow even if he doesn't look like a world beater just yet.
From all the stuff I read about Kondo, people seems to think he has the potential to become the new Yaya Toure, which is probably why Mancini wanted him so badly having coached Yaya at Man City. Witsel's ceiling is significantly lower than that. Then again, potential is always a dangerous word so Mancini have his work cut out for him for sure.
Just read somewhere that Martinez is saying his future is still undecided yet. This guy has got to be the biggest ass hole of a footballer I have ever seen. You can never get a straight answer out of his mouth. Just make a damned decision and stick with it.
