We keep being linked to vice-ibras like klose and bendtner , what do you guys think of those two players? Apparently Klose is relatively close and we're going to negotiate with bayern within the week.. I wonder if this is just a vice-ibra or paloschis way out? I hope to keep Paloschi, I don't think he'll be sold because allegri said he's a good addition to the attack.. Adding a vice-ibra would be a good idea we never know when we'll be in the same position as last year with binho & cassano striker.. Inzaghi hopefully will be fit most of the season i missed him alot since his injury he still has enough to offer imo

Vice-Ibra... I wonder why some people think that we need a big, strong target-man for the striker-role. Some of the best teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United for instance don't have one. I think it's so 1990 to think that if you play with two strikers you need one small & fast and one big & strong.

I'm pretty sure it was Allegri who said that.
It was Allegri who told Ibra and the elder players that.

About Klose, I read he will probably be going to Lazio. Honestly though this guy is not a vice-Ibra. He would be a solid sub to have, but his style and physique is not like Ibra's. If the point is to get someone who can emulate Zlatan's style then get someone else. Drogba, Adebayor and Dzeko are some, but not cheap and not willing to be benched probably.
It's important one of the two Strikers are good finishers, but they need not be Big & Strong. Barcelona (Messi, Pedro, Villa). Top Strikers in Europe at the moment are Carlos Tevez, Sergio Aguero, Antonio Di Natale, G. Rossi, David Villa, etc. (All Small).

There still are stronger Strikers (Ibra, Drogba, Anelka, Adebayor, Gomez, Klose, Matri, Borriello, Llorente, Torres) but it's not absolutely necessary. With our current crop of Strikers (Ibrahimovic, Pato, Robinho, Cassano, Inzaghi) there is no need to discuss replacements as of now, as we have a fantastic strike force. Let's focus on getting (2) midfielders who can bring us to the next level.

Aha, thanks for the correction.

man, there is nothing going on today. Galliani must be lying on a beach somewhere.

Or he just signed us someone Sagrin
I am very anxious to see who we sign as well. But last year we signed Ibra on August 30th and Robinho on August 31st.
So, we need to be patient. Wink
Patience I have , but it would really really benefit the squad to have players in June.
So they can integrate properly with the squad , learn the system learn the language if needed.

So 30th 31st is fine but june is better or at least by the time we start pre season training.

This was a once off I believe but it really looks intentional..Witsel breaking Wasilewskis leg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W52fN9_JG...re=related
that's really disturbing...
Cant imagine the pain
