Not a big fan of Fellaini, though I think he's better than is often suggested (lots of jokes about him). I don't really think either rumour has any truth. I don't think Fellaini is the midfielder Milan needs or wants, while I think with Abate, Antonelli, DES and Calabria (who don't forget Berlusconi apparently wanted promoted last season), the club is set for fullbacks (all homegrown too).
Galliani has said Milan will only go as far as 25m for Romagnoli and I think the rumours about him waiting now might be true. Roma will need to sell to buy by the looks of it and things aren't looking great for them at the moment, unless West Ham are prepared to pay big for Destro. I'm not at all convinced by the Arsenal rumours either, I don't think they will be prepared to spend near that much for Romagnoli. I don't think they'll even get to 25m like we've done. 
Well nothing has come out saying that this was rejected yet.....so maybe it's happening. Galliani flat out said that our offer is 25 mil and we will see if Roma will accept. No word on rejection yet. Until now, the rejections have been coming very quickly.
At times within the same article that said we made a bid. I'll bring this up again.....Tonelli'so agent said that he would LOVE to go to Napoli. I think they are lurking around him because Sarri knows him. They tried for Rugani and were turned down. Now they will go for Tonelli. We should be trying for this guy. Better option then Zapata, Alex, Zaccardo...maybe even Mexes and Paletta. Get Tonelli, Romagnoli, and sell Zapata, Alex and Zaccardo. A back line of Abate, DES, Antonelli, Calabria, Paletta, Mexes, Romagnoli, Tonelli., Ely. 7 out of 9 are Italians....Berlu will be happy.  Use the rest of July and beginning of August to sell as many of these useless players as we possibly can (Menez, Matri, etc). And in August....all in asult for a midfielder (Verratti/Isco/Gotze/Gundogan).....damn, I got carried away again!

According to TMW we have a deal for Abdennour - for next year. According to them he will be staying at Monaco for a year since we can't sign any more non-EU players, and then replace Mexes, whose contract expires in 2016.

One year in advance deal with a player who probably has EPL interest, I wouldn't bet on it.
