No Witsel. Whatever. It could be worse, he wasn't going to save our season anyway. We have the players (they're all internationals ffs), what's wrong is mainly a matter of attitude.

Wow, we are giving up Witsel not for fees but for option vs. obligation? That would just be incredible to me. It's one thing to lose a player cause our valuation of him just doesn't match up with opposing team, but quite another thing entirely to give up a deal cause we didn't want an obligation.

I have no idea what the 48% sale was for, just because we have more money to spend? have we come close to making the team more attractive? Do we get more fans becuase we might finish 5th instead of 10th?

Witsel would have been a huge improvement on what we have (Monto, De Jong, Poli, etc etc et-frikkin-cetera)..dont know about the best...but certainly, definately, surely an improvement.
Ah well. We have Kuka. We are fine as we are.
