Pep to City confirmed. Honestly have no thoughts on this myself, it feels like normal news.
Anyone with any thoughts?

Dont really care Pep confirmed as next mgr but I can feel what Pellegrini is feeling now. He did not do too bad by giving them some titles? Unfortunately, the owner thinks Pep could make them conquer europe.

The next team to have Pellegrini will do well, from what I have seen and read a good manager and a good person.

This has been coming for quite some time so it's not surprising. I don't think the Pep effect will be enough to bridge the gap between City and Madrid/Barca/Bayern but he'll at least give them a distinct style of football.

Not surprising, but still it was very unkind (and I would even say it was quite unprofessional) to Pellegrini. He doesn't deserve this kind of crap.

It says something about the financial might of Premiership sides that a midtable side like Stoke is able to spend that sort of money for a single player.
Just imagine a team like Empoli or Bologna doing that in Italy?

It really won't be a big deal to make the CL in England anymore. (looking at it from a financial standpoint) We'll see midtable (or even lower) PL teams easily outspend almost everyone in Europe. |
