When those two guys signed managers like Pioli and Giampaolo, and reportedly want to bring Allegri, the CEO has my support to bypass them and find someone else to rebuild the team.

CEO still needs to sign off on the signing.

Let's be honest here... any other business and if anyone was going to go it would be the man in charge.

Won't be the case here because the man in charge is mates with the owners.

I will also add that we're adding comments from one side, with reports from media from all over, with our own opinions.

The truth is likely in there somewhere but who know what the truth is at this stage.

AC Milan's management is much more expensive than Inter and Juventus
  • Juventus: Nedved and Paratici's salaries: 1.7 million euros net per year
  • Inter: total 2,4 milioni for 0,7 Ausilio and 1,7 Marotta
  • Milan: total 6 milioni net per year for Ivan Gazidis (2 milioni), Zvonimir Boban (2 milioni), Paolo Maldini (1,3 milioni), Frederic Massara (0,7 milioni)

it looks like we overspend on mgt, but we could also say we need more head-counts than the other two clubs since we have more problems than them ..

Gazidis' job is not easier than a coach, not at all. Early signs are not good but he needs time. About revenue and sponsorship it is not going to happen in a year, actually with the state of Serie A 3 years is still questionable. I said it before and I will say it again, transfer market creativity is needed, that means Maldini and Boban are responsible for 'no growth' too, Maldini needs to be doing lots of Theo type deals instead of being mad at Gazidis.
As far as a CEO goes, well he certainly is not obligated to tell Maldini and Boban what he is doing about Rangnick type situation. If there is a problem the problem is Gazidis telling B&M you have 100 million budget and then 2 months later making it 50 million. Did this happen? If yes Elliott must fix it and be more transparent.

Gazidis should have concentrated on doing what he is supposed to. Blocking transfers, appointing coaches with 0 football experience isnt / wasnt his thing. There would never be a conflict if everyone did what they could do best

As a CEO he is supposed to be involved in all major decisions, either by proxy or directly. Of course he should be involved in the final decision of transfers and managers. To assume that people like Maldini and Boban, with next to no experience in running a major club, should have free reign to decide those things is ludicrous.
The manager as well as the sporting administrators all have to be in line with what the owners and management want, not the other way around.

Out of curiosity, which coach with 0 football experience are you referring to?

We need better people, not more people. The other clubs have people with vast experience to succeed in those respective roles. Our sporting management team of 3 people has a combined experience of 5 and a half years from various administrative roles in Serie A clubs. By comparison Ausilio alone has 15 years of experience from various administrative roles at Inter and Paratici has 16 years of experience from working behind the scenes at various Serie A clubs. Our sporting management team is so far behind in terms of experience yet we pay them as much or even more.

Milan have second highest jersey sponsor deal, only second to Juve.

It is pathetic that so many other teams can spend wiser than us with less money.

Milan players should play topless. Money saved from Sponsor deals can surely fund Tonali transfer maybe after 10 years?
