CONMEBOL Football Discussion

With South America's world cup qualifying campaign underway and with it being (IMO) the most difficult and entertaining region, I figured I'd open a thread so we can discuss all things related to the teams and matches in this region.

I'm currently watching Paraguay vs Argentina and caught a bit of Argentina - Ecuador last week and wow they are woeful without Messi. Clueless in attack, midfielders and defense poor. They best get their act together quickly else things can go south quite quickly.

Is Dybala or Tevez playing?

I read somewhere that Tevez is being monitored by Milan because Boca isn't paying his wages, but I'm not sure if the source is credible. Can anyone confirm?

I'd ask this in the mercato thread but I can't find it for some reason.

Tevez did start in the CF role since Aguero is out injured. Has generally been poor if I have to be honest with you. Di Maria put a ball directly on his head but he put his header over the bar. Besides that, restricted to shots from outside the box which haven't really troubled the keeper. Don't know anything about him potentially coming to Milan though..

I expect Dybala and/or Correa to feature at some point in the second half.

Absolutely tragic - plane crash in Colombia carrying Brazilian football team. I couldn't find the Brazilian football thread so I'm posting this here.
