He is taking home £8.7m so change that to € a year in wages. He isnt taking home €5m a year after tax.It is £8.7m not £4.35m.He has signed a record wage deal at Arsenal and will pocket £180K a week.So yeah , his wage is astronomical for Milan and a hell of a lot more than Silva & Kalinics. The information is there , just search it.

Can you show me one source then? He's making £180K a week before tax. No way he's making as much as Sanchez or Ozil who are on £360K/week gross. Read it for yourself here how wage in England is reported

You're insane to think Aubameyang makes less than Silva and Kalinic

"Aubameyang’s reported salary is among the highest in Arsenal’s squad, with reports in the Express suggesting he is pocketing weekly wages worth £180 000 (R3 million)."
Silva and Kalinic we know how much they make for sure, 2m + 3.5m respectively, costing Milan just under 11m. It's not little, not sure how 'relevant' it is to affordability because neither have given their salaries worth (Kalinic even more so but that's a story I/we have talked about too many times already)

Im not your teacher , you can search yourself or continue thinking Aubameyang only makes £4.35 million.Makes no difference to me.
Conti is training with the team. He is like a new transfer.

We have played like ... since his absence.

He and RR on the flanks will make our attack complete, we don't really need a winger if both stay injury-free.
Will be cool to see how he does.

I thought about it, and to be honest until this group is playing well together and we have a solid system that's working we shouldn't be making any massive additions. No player will save a team that has no path. Gattuso's doing a good job & I'm starting to see something going on. Let's see if things keep up.

Do you even follow the discussion? We were talking that the transfer fee and wages for both Kalinic and Silva would cover Aubameyang's fee and wage. Silva and Kalinic are making about 10m before tax in combination which is exactly what Aubameyang will make at Arsenal (£180 000 per week before tax)

So don't join the discussion and spread false information then. Before Aubameyang joined Arsenal, the highest paid players on their wage bill were Ozil and Sanchez (£140 000 before tax). Lacazette's only making £100 000 gross after his 50m switch from Lyon last summer.

It's only logical to think a greedy club like Arsenal will not break their wage structure and pay Aubameyang almost 3 times higher than Ozil who is their most senior and important player.

P.S: here is one more source mentioned the reported wage in the UK is before tax. Rooney's wage was about  £250 000/week but his net salary was only £6.54m/year

You guys are reporting the same figures. The only question is if the numbers are before tax or net of tax.

I know that in Italy, football wages are reported net of tax by the media. But when it comes to England, I have seen on several occasions that wages are reported in gross figures. It really depends on the article that you read though, and many times articles don't even specify those details.
Because in England it is customery to report wages in gross figures, I would say unless the articles you guys are reading specifically mention that the figures are Net, then we should assume they are following their custom ways and reporting it gross. (Assuming this is an English article of course)

So I'm not sure which articles you guys were reading, but that might be one way to settle the dispute.  Sagrin

From all the English articles I've read, Aubameyang is on £180,000 a week. None of them mentioned anything about that number being net, so i'll assume that it's gross....which when converted makes his earnings close to €6M a year net.

It seems "low", but I don't know. I'm just following the logic that I mentioned earlier. Maybe it's not so logical after all. Big Grin I think he makes much more then that.

Who cared though. He's not here. We got Kalinic, so everything is ok. Big Grin
