Not just SKY report it.
the CAS has officially released a document:
http://www.tas-cas.org/fileadmin/user_up...GLISH_.pdf
They state, that:
"the decision of the Adjudicatory Chamber of the UEFA CFCB .... to
exclude AC Milan from participating in the next UEFA Club competition ... is annulled"

furthermore they state:
"The CAS Panel rejected AC Milan’s request to order UEFA to enter into a settlement agreement but
acknowledged that the decision of the Adjudicatory Chamber of the UEFA CFCB to exclude AC Milan
from the UEFA Club Competition was not proportionate"

Guess we are back in guys Big Grin

It means they can still enforce another type of punishment like transfer ban or limited squad size, as per the CAS Panel's statement, Milan were found guilty of breaking the FFP laws.

A Win for us and a slap for the amateur decision they have made.

I don't think they have the power to do that. I think only FIFA can impose transfer bans based on breeching transfer rules, payments, poaching of players, etc. As for the limited squad size, then yes, UEFA can do that but it's a slap on the wrist. Nobody cares about that.
