Does Gattuso want to lose this game with the players he fielded? Only positive is that we see Castillejo back in the line up who should hands down be starting over Calhanoglu even if LW isn't his preferred position, it's clearly not Calhanoglu's either.

We have seen stubborn coaches many times but Gattuso is writing his name near the top. It is not outlandish to say Higuain will soon start showing frustration, not this match but in general at the state of team. He didn't come here to play isolated, not that he is holding the ball well himself but still
