I don't see many coaches succeeding with this bunch of players, so even though Gattuso is not doing a great job there are many people at fault for this crap.

I said this during the summer and I will say it again. We made the mistake last season to stick with Montella because of a "good" second half run, and we should have evaluated Gattuso very carefully in order to prevent the same thing from happening. Unfortunately, we made the same error again and now here we are. Moving forward, we HAVE to get an actual coach, not just some ex-player with a name. We have had enough mediocre coaches over the years.
