It certainly looks that way. 

When Gattuso started Piatek on the bench against Torino, I can't help but wondering there must be something deeper than just a simple rotation. Anyone read anything about it? My conspiracy theorist in me believes that Piatek must have some "behavior" issues too.

A couple of thoughts:

Mihajlović was sacked too early

Gattuso started Cutrone because he links up with the midfield better
