If you live in USA, espn+ is the best way to go. You don't need a cable subscription or anything. You get 9 games per weekend. They show 1 game on their regular network channels, so in order to watch that game, you would need a cable subscription. For example, this weekend they are showing Atalanta-Fiorentina on ESPN Deportes, so that's the only game wouldn't have access to if you only subscribe to espn+.
