Ibra is 38, next year he'll be 39. What about the year after that when he may or may not leave?
Who will replace him then?

Gotta look at the bigger picture. To be fair Ibra saved our season, but that was by coming back to us midway through when we had nothing to play for. But Ibra's effect won't last forever.

The way I see it, even with Ibra next season, we need a solid project for us to last until our new stadium is built and we can start earning Premier League transfer fees for real. Until then, we are still going to be working under FFP, and that means unless we have a consistent project in place, it's not sustainable to just hope and pray for more of the same come next year.
We got the young 'un's. We take out big gunz  Devilcool

Rangnick isn't the solution for everything, he is underestimating Italian football as some kind of Beach soccer. Bundesliga and Serie A are two leagues apart and the same philosophy doesn't work here too. I won't cry if he snubs us. We are already enjoying Pioli football, we just need to make the right decision at the right time, no hurry no worries. It is not that we can't buy young players without Rangnick and yes despite Rangnick we were still linked with average and flop players like Schick, Jovic, Dumfries, and becoming a sporting director and Coach at the same time is not a Child's play.

Ibra missed a great chance to make it 2:0.

Shit, Romagoli out injured. It didn't seem super serious, but I guess they don't want to take any risks.

Atalanta will rip us apart next game as Romagnoli was the only left-footed CB in the club

And about Rangnick, I am all for it if he's not coming. I think giving the team stability makes sense right now, and some leading players have come out in support of Pioli recently. Another revolution is probably the last thing we need right now.

Crap, now Calha's off as well. Sassuolo are wrecking us.

EDIT: Annnd he's okay!

Dummy Theo. No reason for that. Misses the next match.

I am all for a project focused on youth, but I am not sure if Rangnick is the only person who can do that. With Pioli's recent results, he has obviously won over the team somehow. Like someone said, is a complete tear down really the wisest decision for us right now? We need stability more than anything else, and it's not like Ragnick is Guardiola or anything.
