Yeah that's true. Our coach at the beginning of the season was a significant proof. However, picking a coach is not an easy job. Many have failed including the experience ones. Fortunately, Pioli has been starting to prove that selecting a coach containing a big uncertainty. A lot of people raised their hope for  Milan after Marco Giampaolo came to Milanello (although not as much as if we got a famous coach) and so many fans questioned the decision to hire Pioli.
Decisions on players, I think Maldini (+Boban) have been delivering a good job and efficient one. We could see the proof how the team has been performing since the start of the break.
