Your advise to coach Pioli

 If you were allowed to advise pioli,  what would be your answers to the following questions:

 How many players should the team attract and what are the positions?  With finances in mind.

 How many players would he like to abandon, and who are they?

 Which tactical drawing to play with?

 Sequence of the captain's armband among the players (3 players selected).

 The most important things that he should take care of that the team missed last season?

My advice to Pioli would be-

Bring Paqueta in the middle of empty San Siro with media
Tell him to dig a pit enough for a 6-foot man
Stand him in front of that pit, call Pioli to shot in the back of his head from close range
Force Leonardo to fill the pit.

This what I will advise Pioli, I am horribly annoyed that we have wasted precious 38M on a player like that, NO club in this world will sign him for even half the price that we signed.
