lol, I was an Agassi fan before too. I supported Federer over the years and Djokovic remains a favourite, mostly as he's a Milan fan. I'm not a huge tennis fan though, so can't say I support anyone that passionately

I liked both Agassi and Sampras, now I don't really follow anyone closely. I am with Dev that Djokovic is my top favorite since he is a Milan fan. I don't mind Federer at all. But somehow I just don't like Nadal. I don't know why, maybe he is a Real Merdarid fan or his rather boring playing style?

Easily my favourite tennis player ever since Agassi retired. I have no clue what I'm going to do when Federer calls it quits. I think I'll start following someone completely random..like Tomic or Raonic or something. I want Monfils to improve as well. He completely crushed juniors..but Murray has made the transition while he just hasn't been able to just yet.

The transition not being made by juniors is a typical problem for French players. Tsonga needed many years to become an interesting player (I don't like this guy anyway), Gasquet was better than Nadal in juniors, and look at where he is now ... Every 2-3 seasons, a French junior is among the best juniors of the planet, but disappears once he arrives on the ATP tour.

Another Wimbledon, another final..yet Feddy was unable to pull it off He played so well in the run up to the final - much better than Djokovic. He had a break in first set then followed it up with the worst service game that I had seen him play for the tournament to let Djokovic back into it. Whereas Milan has practically crushed my enthusiasm and passion for football, I actually still get nervous watching Federer's matches. Not that he has anything to prove still, but I'd love for him to get a grand slam or two more before retiring.

Credit where credit is due though. Djokovic played some beastly tennis today and whereas the serve was able to bail Federer out against Murray, Djoko's superior return game somewhat nullified the Federer serve.

However at age 33 and still ranked #2 in the world, anything is possible. On to U.S Open we go!

No calendar grand slam for Serena this year. She just lost in the semifinal against Vinci. She flirted with defeat on many occasions this year but always found a way to overcome. The pressure to make history was just too much to handle.

Shout out to Italy though for providing both players in the final tomorrow. Believe this is the first time in U.S Open history.

2017 starting off in some crazy parallel universe. Both (Sir) Andy and Djokovic with early exits from the tournament and the potential of a Rafa Federer final is still alive

I'm probably the only person here who cares about tennis but I don't mind talking to myself about positive Roger Federer news

The Indian Wells tournament is well underway (this is the tournament in which the director made those comments last year about equal pay between male and female athletes). Another comfortable win for Federer vs Rafa in the 4th round vs Nadal. Backhand on fire..Rafa's old tactic of looping forehands to the Federer backhand isn't working at all this year. Djokovic lost to Krygios (basically the Cassano or Balotelli of tennis) and Andy Murray lost in the first round vs Posposil. Always get a good chuckle out of Andy losing

Federer with #19! Straight sets win over Cilic in the Wimbledon final today. I thought I would never see him win another GS title after 2012 but then he goes and wins two this year!
