Milan Head Coach discussion II
Exactly. Portuguese players cost serious money. Moncada only knows cheap and mediocre French based players.

I like his initial press conference. I always thought from day 1 that Fonseca is too timid and lacks character. I love a coach who will yell and slap out players when they don't play well. It's necessity

Still buy...? I can't recall us buying relatively unknown French African players.

Fofana, Maignan, Kalulu, FBT. I think these were the French African players we bought from Ligue 1? And only FBT tanked here

And if the players didn't have the decency to say farewell , same for our management it's pathetic. I hope our club is sold sooner than later to a group/person that can restore character/professionalism back. I hope some players act like professionals and send a short statement (even if it isn't true)

!

Plus every coach will struggle to meet Milan expectations working with these idiots - and by idiots I mean both the players and the management.

I really felt bad for Fonseca. Sub-standard coach or not, the management really did him dirty. And the players . You'd of thought he wasn't their choice. Gave him half-assed players, failed to back him publicly, throwing him under the bus, making him face angry fans alone, letting him face the Press alone and so on and on. Then the shambles on his last day!

I hope SC succeed. But these idiots would have to sit up and provide him with all the supports he needs - players and moral/psychological support. Otherwise, we'll find out soon that the problem isn't Fonseca as such!

As for farewell, I saw Fofana's farewells to Fonseca posted on X.

Milan was fined 6,000 euros for delaying the second half kick off by about 5 minutes due to a lengthy discussion between Conceicao & the team.
I'm starting to really like this coach already. I've always loved coaches with balls like Conte and it seems our new boy is one of them.

Conceicao resembles Gattuso for me.
Raise the morale, put his team above all!!!

6000 only? Totally worth it. Not to mention the prize money too.

He looks like a massive upgrade on fonseca, especially in terms of character

It seems, for this little time he's here, he managed to make players "care" about games again. No more disinterested walking deads on the field. It's for sure big upgrade comparing to Fonseca. We will see about tactical and other aspects, it's too early to tell.
Avaiting forĀ arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.

You cant dislike a coach who dances with a cigar in the mouthTongue.

My concern is how he will respond if things goes the wrong way. I assume he is someone who dont tolerate a lot and will bark as hell. How wil the players respond. Noew its happy days, im curious how he is when things are getting tough. Lets enjoy this euphoria and take things like that when it comes.
