They might get Giorgio Scalvini. Not at Kim's level yet, but is still very young and might get there.
Last season they replaced Koulibaily with Kim, Insigne with KK for peanuts.
I mean it will not be that easy for them this season.
And in general, other teams will find this season not easy. We are not alone.

Lets be clear. No team is obviously completed for next season and there are plenty of questionmarks overall.
Inter. Clear favourite IMO. They had a squad that did really well apart from some strange results in serie a during a period. Bit from last years squad in which skriniar was already no longer playing they only reinforced so far. Both Thuram and frattesi will fit inte their squad like a glove. If they get a third attacker like lukaku they are set.
Juventus. They often start slow, but last seasons favourite still have a very strong squad and the most expensive one. Of course there are questionmarks over players who will stay and weah junior has not shown the same level as cuadrado. Di maria also was decisive several times for them. But with napolis transferguru at the helm…
Napoli. Only real questionmark is garcia. They still ha e the leagues best attack supported by a well-working midfield.
Roma so far only got stronger, but there are no assurances as far as their new players go or their squad in general.
Lazio is just the same as last year and i see no reason why they would not perform as well as last season.
Atalanta. Wont make top 4 imo. But you can never count them out, regardless of what happens with them in the transfermarket.
Us. Our form after the world cup has been lower midtable. Yes, we had a few UCL games in which we performed well, but those are an outlier. It was not just a shorter period line the squdetto season, it was all the way. Now we are going into the season with two important pieces gone and questionmarks over their replacements. Thinking rlc and pulisic. Their numbers last season was not good, in fact not close to the players they replaced (tonali and brahim) and they are not used to the way we play, unlike the beforementioned players who played here for years.
Then talk about changing formation? New formation?, many new players? Last seasons defense that had problems in serie A? Big leaders like zlatan and maldini gone?
There are to many questionmarks and Pioli had a long mediocre career apart from that golden period 2020-2022. Said to start after the big atalanta loss, but imo most importantly was getting Zlatan who improved the teams mentality. Then came a super period after covid-stop and it seemed like Pioli could put in any player into our lineup and they just fitted right in. Remember last season? No new player fitted right in, although Thiaw seemingly did and Adli and vranxck never got a real chance. Then came the world cup and already in the friendlies before the restart you could see things were not working. We just leaked goals and those problems never really vanished. Sure the three man defense made us leak less, but our attack and particular our midfield suffered.
So can anyone tell why we will perform next season?
Ranking now imo:
1 inter
2 napoli
3 juventus
4 lazio
5 roma
6 atalanta
7 fiorentina
8 bologna
9 milan
Well at least I prefer to sign, even dead wood, in July instead of August 31. Football seasons are way way too long and needing to start preseason more than 1.5 before window closes hurts all teams but even more those that need to build teams.
Y'all can't be serious with this gloomy prediction of how we are going to be bad this season and finish 7th, 8th or 9th. Because we lost Tonali? And Diaz? And the ones that were signed so far, RLC and Pulisic, are already counted out and deemed useless or not good enough to do anything remarkable?
Has to be a joke.

The league table for 2023 had us lower than 8th.

Counting only our results in serie a for this calendar year we were midtable, although i didnt see one after the two last games that we won.

Well thank God league standings aren't for a half-season, but for the whole season
