I chose 4. 

If he take us to win both EL and scudetto this season, then he can stay. But Reza isn't ambitious enough to put down that option

I chose 4 because I think his time is up. We have these ups and downs in terms of results and performance, but I don't think we've evolved enough under Pioli the last 2 seasons. This year is much better in Serie A compared to last season, but I think we've actually underachieved and should be in the Scudetto fight. Copa Italia was a disaster and the CL was a failure. I know it was a tough group, and although the players carry their responsibility about missing chances (in particular with Newcastle at home)....I think the losses to PSG away and Dortmund in Milano were purely on Pioli's tactics.

With all that being said, I think Pioli has done a decent/good job this year and a commendable job across his entire tenure here with the Scudetto but also continuous CL qualification (let's not forget where we were before his time here). If he were to win the EL and finish 2nd, from a high level perspective, it's not a bad season. But I just can't shake the fact that there's been little progress in the way we play. He's run out of ideas and it's probably time for a change.
The caveat? We gotta find a good replacement. Change for the sale of change and without proper replacement options can backfire big time.

Entertaining first half with a lot of chances. We shouldve scored at least a few! Defensively we are so poor at times, also fiorentina couldve scored at least once.
We should win this one, need to be more clinical
