Man if we thought Leao not celebrating with his team after Brugge was a story, Osimen would bring plenty more.

Also for this coach he doesn’t fit. We already have too many gaps to create another one (leaving just one RW in Okafor) without a CAM, backup for Reijnders and Theo and better RB to bench Emerson.

if we can swap Leao for Osihmen , Napoli can take Emerson and also Calabria for free

Moncada's signings bar Pulisic and Reijnders have been an unmitigated disaster. His latest WC signing Pavlovic looks like a journeyman from the Austrian league.

If they keep Moncada on next year this club is doomed.

I hope we can reach a top 4 spot. Not reaching CL would set us back a few years. But I’m not so sure we will reach it, it wont be easy with this squad

This squad should easily be able to reach top 4 if we got the potential out of it. It should be better than last season.

But we seem to have a coach who has "killed" even the players we should have been able to rely on based on their talent, like Theo, Leao, Maignan, Tomori, Morata and so on. At least Pioli got something out of them.

That's also BS level excuse for board not to spend any dime of money. We were raised on fairytales "no CL, we can't attract quality", but just look at Napoli. No CL, no Europe at all, but they managed to "attract" top coach, keep their best players (apart from Osimhen, but that's another story, not related to "no CL") and lure some others. And they looks like a team again. All that without CL.

Juventus also had no CL year. What happened to them? Absolutely nothing. It's "problem" just for cheap-ass boards like ours, which are not willing to cover the losses out of their pockets. As they should. After all, no CL it didn't "just happened", it's a direct result of board's bad decisions regarding coaches, reinforcements etc. So, be a man, take responsibility, cover damage you inflicted by those poor choices and let's keep going.

I agree, but I’m afraid our board thinks different.
Its actually sad, we are the best run team in italy in terms of finances (financial scudetto is ours), but we cant translate it on to the field.
