Not convincing at all. Something is seriosly wrong with Theo. Against minnows like this i expect him to bomb forward as much as possible, but he looks anxious, timid and heavy. So many good position where he could use his pace and physicality to pass his man, but he always chose the safe pass. Is this instructions from Fonseca? I dont know, but he just seems lost.

I love Theo, so its sad to see his stature.

Abraham with a positive outing with a easy goal and a assist, Puli was lively as always, nice goal, Chuky beats his man quite often, but seriously lacks end product, Fofana and Reijnders was OK, Fofana the better with the nice assist. Pavlovic is a disaster. He runs out of position so many times, so its creates havoc in our defence. He is a totally flop at this point. No doubt.

But then, we inexplicably conceded that goal. I'm not even sure how we allowed their player to run free at goal FROM THEOR OWN HALF, and not a single player was back. Shocking! Amateur! Before that, there was another 100% goal opportunity we allowed where Pavlovic made a mistake but then made up for it with that goal line clearance (although I think that was offside).

We got the 3 points but yet another unconvincing performance.

I believe that was offside too. In fact, when Pavlovic made that clearance, I was so convinced that it would be better off for us if the ball just went in; I was worried that, knowing our luck, we would concede from the subsequent corner. (I think that happened before against Napoli (?) in Serie A in a recent season--Mike Maignan heroically saved a goal which would have been called offside but then we conceded the resulting corner).

Pavlovic+Tomori continue their great tradition of conceeding 2 goals per game. No problem, we just need to score 3+ when they play.
