We are a joke

It is more disturbing that "Tammy" is not in "should leave" category... no one in the board can be that retarded to consider keeping him, especially with such a heavy salary.

we are indeed a joke. the top management (and, to a less extent, coach) make a whole world of the difference. Swap the entire squad with Inter, and I bet that Marotta and Inzaghi would do just as well and we would still be in the same dire situation.

the only people that need to go are those three stooges. then again, the one person that needs to f*ck off even before them is Gerry.

Looks like we are looking to old Milan guards Demetrio Albertini or Massimo Ambrosini as our “head of football”. I wonder what their role would be

I don't know about Ambrosini, but I can't see Albertini accepting any role that has to "answer to" Ibrahimovic. And he shouldn't. So if Albertini is joining, then surely Zlatan is out. (Which is a good thing)

Albertini joining and Zlatan leaving would be best case scenario!

Agreed. As long as Gerry and RedBird own this team, it will be a cancerous losing environment where mistakes are welcomed. I wonder why Maldini’s mistakes were punished and Ibra’s are celebrated?

Why do you think? One was Cardinale's choice, and the other one wasn't

Maldini wanted more/big control. Unlike probably 99.9% of Milan fans I don't necessarily think that was a good thing. The problem is that current setup is a joke on its own.
Of course I am not saying anything new but ... Moncada had a rep for finding youth but Milan's culture is and has never been about building from youth so even if Moncada is great he is not built for Milan. Ibra is ego and no management experience. Furlani is a businessman and Gerry is an American businessman, not made for non US market.
I never compare EPL to other leagues when it comes to ownership or anything else, money solves many issues, except at United Tongue , so analysis of ownership should be made with 'like for like' and American ownership is unremarkable if not a big fail, not just at Milan. Roma is meh with very limited change for the positive, Parma are not much different to me, etc.
