Does the coach not trust Camarda? I wonder why Morata stayed the entire game.

Also, it seems that Abraham had used up all his luck in scoring that winner against Inter. Ridiculous.

Back to reality. Not even close to what should be expected.

No cigars and dancing after this.

Dismal toothless performance.

Can't keep changing coaches when obvious these players are simply mediocre in talent and mentality.

Mid table mediocrity.

Abraham does a lot of thing right as a striker but he simply sucks at finishing!!

More than enough chances to making this a haul, but our attackers is quality wise Serie C level. If the management doesnt sign a quality attacker in this window they are blind for the reality.

On the positive side, i like our approach a lot. Its full steam ahead and vertical passes 90% of the time, that makes me happy. Unlucky and not good enough today, but i see progress afterall,

Conceicao is certaintly not happy now, but look, he needs time with the team he has been a coach for a few days.

4-4-2 against low block teams, no doubt, we need presence in the box. 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 against open teams.

Rating 1-10:

- Maignan: 5. What a howler...
- Calabria: 5,5.
- Tomori: 6.
- Thiaw: 6,5.
- Theo: 6,5.
- Fofana: 5.
- Reijnders: 6.
- Musah: 6.
- Pulisic: 6.
- Leao: 5.
- Morata: 5,5.

Conceicao: "I’ve been a coach for 13 years, comparing the quality of this group to what we did, it was the weakest first half of my coaching career. We lacked rhythm, quality, and they were all in front of the goal.

A draw is losing two points, I’m angry because if we had done everything we had prepared there would have been… We have to improve and work.”

I agree but the problem with the 2 in a 4-4-2 is that they can't score. We need a new striker ASAP. If we didn't sign Morata on such a long contract with high wages I would've already gotten rid of him and brought in two new strikers.

Abraham's problem is not inability to score (like Jovic), but scoring randomly, so he often fails when we all trust him Big Grin

I cant agree on Calabria, i think this one of his best performances in a while, in particular in the first half. He saved a certain goal which would have put us a goal down at halftime and he didn't let in any crosses in the first half. I understand taking him out though since he wasn't so effective in offense when we needed a goal. Reijndeers though was IMO our best player in the first half, but he seemed to suffer the most when we did the subs, could also be that he was tired.

The subs otherwise was uninspiring and Abraham again showed what a poor finisher he is. Bringing in Bob (a serie C level player) instead of Rafa was mindboggling. Put on Camarda or Zeroli who are both good finishers, put in crosses.
Still no clean sheets with Tomori on the field.
